CANCELLATION POLICY

FOUR13 Nail Studio Booking Policies: No children or additional guests are permitted during your appointment. This helps us maintain a calm, comfortable environment and allows our nail technicians to stay focused, take their time, and provide the quality work and experience you deserve. At FOUR13 Nail Studio, we value your time and strive to provide each client with an exceptional experience. To maintain an efficient schedule and ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, please review and understand the following booking policies before scheduling your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. •Deposits are not refundable if a cancellation is made • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file, and your deposit will be forfeited. • Rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation. A 50% service charge will apply, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. • Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be transferred to a new date, and your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. • Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times. After the second reschedule, a new deposit will be required and the previous deposit will be forfeited. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving 10 minutes or more late may result in your appointment being rescheduled or canceled in order to avoid affecting the next client. • If your appointment must be canceled or rescheduled due to a late arrival, your deposit may be forfeited and applicable cancellation fees may apply. No-Shows • Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Your deposit will also be forfeited. Deposits • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service(s) on the day of your appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable. • Deposits are transferable only when an appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
